Tamri was so excited for Thanksgiving (even if she kept calling it Valentines Day) this year! I know it is a weird holiday for her to be excited for, but I think she was so excited because Collin didn't have to go to work, and because she got to eat ham and steak (we had prime rib and she doesn't know the difference) at Grandma's house!!
It was a great day spent with cousins! We were just getting into a rousing game of SNORTA when we had a SURPRISE visitor!! SANTA!!
The kids were so excited when he got there! He came in and had us all sit down and talk. He answered questions, told us stories (like why Rudolf's nose is red), and told us three rules to follow to be on the 'Good List' 1. brush your teeth 2. share your toys and be nice 3. ALWAYS listen to your Mom and Dad the FIRST time they ask! He told us to work especially hard for this last month to do our best. The kids LOVED it (the adults were even listening pretty good too)! Then he let each of the kids sit on his lap and ask him for something for Christmas! It was an exciting day!!
