HAPPY EASTER!?!?!

This was actully the day before Easter Sunday (thank goodness)!!

My parents had rented a cabin up in Island Park so that we could all go up and just relax! On Saturday morning we found out that we had a flat tire. Collin changed it out and drove back down to St. Anthony (about 1 hour each way) to be told that we need new tires (AAHHHhh)!!

While he was gone the rest of us played in the snow and rode some snow machines (my borther-in-law brought a couple up) around and then we went in for lunch. Collin got back just after we got all of the kids down for a nap and we (Collin and I) were going to go cross country skiing but then the kids started waking up so we decided to go out on the snow machines again. Long story short we ended up with an ambulance ride to the ER and Collin has a chipped, compression fracture in his lower (L2) back. Yep broken back!!! So he spent the night in the hospital to control the pain. Mom and I got back to the cabin about 2 A.M. I had left the girls with my sister, brother-in-law, Dad, and Grandma and I think it was pretty rough for Kenna to be without mom for so long (Thanks again so much for your help)!!!

On Easter Morning Tamri and Gavin were up early to see if the Easter Bunny had found us! They had fun looking for the hidden eggs and seeing what treasures were in their baskets!

Kenna was sleeping durring all of the egg hunt excitement but it wasn't long before she was up and enjoying the fun too!!
